• Experience configuring Service Mapping patterns and discovery.
• Knowledge of MID Server governance, credentials and secure discovery.

Responsibilities

• Establish CSDM-aligned service models and improve CMDB accuracy.
• Design and implement CSDM-aligned service models and validated maps.
• Govern MID Server scope, credentials and network access.
• Develop CMDB identification, reconciliation, normalisation and certification processes.
• Plan and coordinate system integration, testing and audit evidence.
• Prepare security, accreditation, testing and audit artefacts.
