Nexon Asia Pacific seeks a Principal Consultant/Architect to lead the ServiceNow practice in Victoria. You will guide scoping, design and delivery of customer projects, mentor staff, and drive certification programs while leveraging deep platform knowledge across ITSM, ITOM and CRM.

The role emphasizes team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing adoption of AI and NowAssist innovations within a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7–10 years of commercial experience on ServiceNow.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and high business acumen.
• Experience in pre-sales activity including scoping, estimating, and design.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior staff.
