PRA is partnering with a leading consulting organisation to hire a ServiceNow Lead for a high-profile government program. The role involves leading and mentoring engineers while designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. NV1 clearance is required, with Sydney or Canberra as primary locations.

The successful candidate will drive CMDB governance, develop integrations via REST/SOAP, and provide strong stakeholder communication to shape platform outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development and platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong CMDB and integration experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Current NV1 clearance.
• Relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications.

Aufgaben

• Designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Working across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules.
• Building workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Developing integrations through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Driving CMDB governance and platform best practice.
