Job summary

IT Alliance in Canberra is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of ERP and ServiceNow solutions. The role requires strategic guidance on architectures, governance, and security, with emphasis on government ICT transformations.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setup, hold NV1 clearance, and contribute to Cloud-based deployments, both on premise and in the cloud, across multiple ERP and ServiceNow initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Solution Architect
• Experience designing apps for cloud environments
• Strong communication skills to distill technical information for non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience delivering large ICT transformation projects

Responsibilities

• Review and sustain agency application governance artefacts and roadmaps
• Assess on‑premise and in‑cloud deployments for documentation and alignment
• Document issues, risks and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on scoping, costing, planning and delivery of new services
• Ensure security policies and standards are applied consistently
• Participate in Agile project/program teams as directed
