Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead to own an IRM workstream from requirements to release. You will stay hands-on in ServiceNow configuration and development while guiding the delivery team and leading client workshops.

You will design scalable IRM solutions, manage data models, scripting, and integrations, and ensure alignment with platform standards. This role demands strong technical leadership and stakeholder facilitation in Australia.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow IRM configuration and development ownership.
• Experience delivering GRC/IRM solutions with stakeholder input.
• Ability to translate risk needs into scalable platform patterns.
• Proven track record guiding delivery quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and development of ServiceNow IRM across policy, compliance and risk.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and translate risk needs into technical backlog.
• Own end-to-end delivery across workflows, data model, scripting and integrations.
• Define integration approaches aligned with platform standards and priorities.
• Provide technical leadership through estimates, reviews and mentoring.
• Collaborate with client teams to plan releases and manage dependencies.
