Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead to own an IRM workstream from requirements to release. You will stay hands-on in ServiceNow configuration and development while leading client workshops, shaping solution design, and guiding the delivery team.

You will lead end-to-end delivery across workflows, data models, scripting and integrations, defining integration approaches and mentoring the team to ensure delivery quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ServiceNow IRM (GRC) with hands-on configuration and development ownership.
• Ability to run requirement workshops with stakeholders and translate needs into technical backlog and design.
• Provide technical leadership, standards, estimates, reviews and mentoring for the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and development of ServiceNow IRM including policy, compliance and risk management.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and translate risk needs into backlog and solution design.
• Own end-to-end delivery across workflows, data model, scripting and integrations.
• Define integration approach and align with platform priorities.
