Job summary

Asjtech seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer (Developer) to lead the IRM module design and implementation across the agency, leveraging extensive ServiceNow experience in large, complex environments, preferably in government.

The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration, knowledge transfer, and a proactive approach to IT risk and compliance. Hybrid work with preference for Canberra locations is offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, implementation, configuration, and optimisation of ServiceNow IRM to align with governance, risk, compliance objectives.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions including workflows, data models, integrations, dashboards, and automation.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define operating models, and establish fit-for-purpose IRM processes and controls.
• Provide thought leadership on Out-of-the-Box ServiceNow practices and maintain documentation for sustainability.
• Participate in transition and knowledge transfer to internal support teams.
