Job summary

UST USource is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC Solutions Architect in Sydney, Australia. You will lead end-to-end architectural design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of IRM/GRC and ITSM/ITOM within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with CSDM and best practices.

You will bridge risk/regulatory requirements with technical execution, configure and develop solutions, design APIs, and drive platform governance while mentoring delivery teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
• 4+ years in IRM/GRC architecture and deployment
• Experience in regulated, multi-national environments
• Strong scripting and API integration capabilities
• ITSM/ITOM configuration experience
• Familiarity with CMDB and CSDM patterns
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and roadmaps for IRM/GRC modules
• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM tools
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
• Create dashboards and analytics for risk/compliance KPIs
• Ensure platform health and upgrade compatibility
• Mentor delivery teams on best practices
