Job summary

Reason Group in Australia is seeking multiple experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a growing portfolio across partner networks. These roles involve large-scale ServiceNow implementations spanning IRM/GRC, HRSD, and PSDS modules for government clients.

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations, collaborating with delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring ITIL v4 alignment with Australian ICT standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years’ ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or government environments.
• Hands-on experience with IRM, GRC, or HRSD modules, including policy and compliance management and risk workflows.
• Certifications such as CSA and HRSD Implementation Specialist are preferred.
• Experience with integrations and ITIL v4 guidance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement HRSD, IRM/GRC, or PSDS capabilities for government clients.
• Build and manage integrations using IntegrationHub, ETL, and APIs.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL v4 and Australian Government ICT standards.
