Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance modules.
• Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, or GDPR.
• Experience with API integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules to automate risk assessments, compliance testing, and evidence collection.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, Business Rules, Flow Designer workflows, and Integration Hub solutions.
• Translate regulatory and internal control requirements into technical configurations and automated controls.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into risk, compliance, and control performance.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, risk, and audit teams to improve GRC processes.
• Support platform upgrades, REST/SOAP integrations, and CMDB/CSDM alignment.
