Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, administration, and GRC.
• Solid understanding of GRC principles, ERM, and control frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, and automate testing and evidence collection.
• Translate regulatory and control requirements into technical configurations and automated indicators.
• Create executive dashboards and KPIs for real-time risk and compliance visibility.
• Act as a technical liaison between IT, risk, audit, and security teams for GRC processes.
• Support platform upgrades, API integrations (REST, SOAP), and CMDB/CSDM data alignment.
