Job summary

UST is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Solutions Architect in Sydney to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of IRM/GRC and ITSM/ITOM within the ServiceNow platform.

You will bridge complex regulatory needs with technical execution, build APIs, manage CMDB/CSDM alignment, and mentor delivery teams while delivering governance and hands-on delivery. This role offers hybrid work flexibility and exposure to enterprise-scale risk programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 4+ years IRM/GRC architecture deployment.
• Experience in regulated multinational environments.
• Strong scripting and integration capabilities.
• ITSM/ITOM knowledge and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and roadmaps for IRM/GRC modules.
• Configure, administer and develop ITSM/ITOM tools.
• Develop APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Ensure CMDB/CSDM alignment and platform health.
• Mentor teams and enforce best practices.
