Job summary

The Australian Electoral Commission in Canberra is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HRSD and CSM. You will work in a small, agile team to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and contribute to the full development lifecycle from requirements to post-implementation support.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts and operations, ensuring platform upgrades, documentation and performance

Qualifications

Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications.
Ability to investigate issues, define root causes and implement solutions.
Capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic delivery environment.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, maintain and support the ServiceNow platform for ITSM, HRSD and CSM.
Deliver high-quality technical solutions with a small agile team.
Engage with product owners, analysts and operations to refine requirements and design solutions.
Perform platform upgrades, defect resolution and performance optimisation.
