Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Perform regular platform upgrades and patches to ensure performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using APIs and web services.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Gather and analyse requirements with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other developers to deliver solutions meeting business needs.
• Conduct unit and system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ITIL alignment.
