Job summary

Accenture is opening a state-of-the-art technology and operations centre in Ballarat to support Australian businesses and government departments with onshore technology services. We seek talented ServiceNow professionals (Developer, Consultant or Administrator) with ITIL/ITSM, HRSD, ITOM and strong scripting skills, plus REST/SOAP integration experience and Agile mindset.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator).
• Strong ITSM knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge.
• Familiar with HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, APM modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions).
• Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services.
