Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML.

Responsibilities

• Design and customise ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Implement integrations via REST, SOAP, and other methods.
• Support platform upgrades and overall stability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Conduct unit, system, and UAT testing.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes.
