Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our delivery team in Australia. You will work with senior colleagues to design, configure, implement, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and ITOM.

You will gain hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server while delivering on enterprise-scale transformations. A hybrid work arrangement across Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane provides flexibility for your schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, SPM and ITOM modules.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare solution design documentation (High-Level/Low-Level Designs).
• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications per platform best practices.
• Participate in requirements workshops and solution playback sessions.
• Support development and testing of integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, developers and client stakeholders throughout delivery engagements.
• Assist with system testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and technical artefacts.
• Contribute to process improvements and ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations to clients.
