Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Lead the implementation and configuration of ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.
• Oversee platform customization using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, performance optimization, and platform governance.
• Review technical designs, development deliverables, and code quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to drive ITSM transformation.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and ITSM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and third-party system integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, platform security, access controls, and performance optimization.
• Experience with solution design, technical documentation, and architectural governance.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
