Axiom Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide technical design and architectural leadership across multiple teams. You will evaluate requirements, diagram architectures, and set standards to improve efficiency, security, and reliability on ServiceNow platforms.

The role requires 3+ years as an Architect or Solutions lead on ServiceNow projects and 5–7 years developing on the ServiceNow platform, with Agile experience in a virtual environment. Remote work eligible in Australia.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience as an Architect or Solutions lead on ServiceNow Implementations projects.
• 5–7 years developing on ServiceNow including customization of core apps: Portal, Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management.
• ITIL familiarity is required; ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills; ability to work across cultures.
• Experience with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.

Responsabilidades
