Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture with ITSM focus.
• Lead implementation and configuration of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and architectures.
