Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with emphasis on scheduling and job allocation is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service and warranty inquiries with technical advice, quotations and follow-up to build client relationships.
• Diagnose pump and tank issues over the phone and coordinate further technical support as needed.
• Prioritise and dispatch service jobs for technicians and external suppliers.
• Process warranty claims and enter data for jobs, sales orders and quotes.
