Job summary

Kingspan Water and Energy Pty Limited is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Perth, WA sales team. You will handle inbound inquiries, convert leads to orders, manage quotes, and ensure accurate CRM data entry while advising customers on suitable water storage solutions.

You will collaborate with the Rural sales team, provide administrative support, and help maintain compliance processes. A strong customer-service mindset and CRM experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Customer Service procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent relationship building skills for internal collaboration
• Experience of using a CRM
• Shows initiative and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, converting inbound enquiries into orders
• Ensure product knowledge meets customer requirements
• Assist customers with processing orders, creating quotes, and following up documentation
• Assist customers in selecting the best product to suit their needs
• Manage email, phone and social media enquiries for new and existing customers
• Enter complex sales orders in the CRM accurately
• Become a subject matter expert for rural water storage solutions
• Provide administrative support to the Rural sales team
• Support the compliance management system and encourage colleagues to do the same
• Develop awareness of product compliance obligations
• Participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits
