Job summary

Leveraged HR is seeking a hands-on Kitchen & Laundry Service Technician to service commercial laundry and kitchen equipment across Queensland. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and respond to breakdowns while ensuring safety and practical, on-site communication with customers.

The role involves driving a fully stocked service vehicle, using iPad-based systems, and ongoing training to support technical excellence within a respected Queensland company.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing electrical and/or mechanical faults on industrial or commercial equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability and clear communication to customers onsite.
• Licence is essential and prior kitchen or laundry equipment experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on commercial laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Performing scheduled maintenance, testing, and calibration.
• Responding to breakdown and emergency service calls.
• Providing clear, professional communication to customers onsite.
• Recording service work using iPad-based systems.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to compliance standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different. You’ll be the person customers rely on when equipment stops working.

Your core responsibilities include:

• AnElectrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• A professional approach to customer service
• Experience with commercial kitchen or laundry equipment is highly regarded, but not essential.
