Job summary

Roc Consulting is seeking a FIELD TECHNICIAN to service and maintain large electromechanical machinery across commercial car wash operations. This role involves no office days, travel to customer sites, and independent daily scheduling.

You will join a national service team, with growth opportunities into senior tech or project lead roles, and pre-planned rosters for upfront scheduling. Competitive pay includes super, a vehicle, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service across automation, electromechanical systems or industrial equipment.
• Backgrounds in manufacturing, whitegoods, solar, generators, conveyors, elevators, HVAC or similar are all suitable.
• Full or restricted electrical licence.
• Confident problem solver with strong diagnostic ability and good customer communication.
• Full workers rights with either PR, Australian or NZ Citizen or Visa Class 820.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, breakdown response and fault finding on modern electromechanical equipment
• Assist with new system installs, upgrades and component replacements
• Manage your day independently with full support from the national service team
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers on-site

THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Carry out routine maintenance, breakdown response and fault finding on modern electromechanical equipment
• Assist with new system installs, upgrades and component replacements
• Manage your day independently with full support from the national service team
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers on-site

WHAT YOU GET

• Up to $95K salary or $47 per hour + Super + Fully Maintained Van + Overtime (realistic $120K plus OTE)
