Job summary

Auto Corner Mackay is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Service Manager to lead our service team across Toyota, Isuzu and Hyundai dealerships. You will drive customer satisfaction and operational performance while coaching Service Advisors and coordinating with workshop and warranty teams.

The role demands hands-on leadership, clear communication and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Leading, supporting and motivating the Service team.
Driving the team to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and financial results.
Providing support and guidance to our Service Advisors.
Ensuring clear and effective communication between customers, Advisors and the Workshop.
Liaising closely with the Workshop and Warranty Departments.
Helping manage the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume Service Department.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and team performance.
Supporting the Group Service Manager in achieving departmental targets.
