Job summary

Motorama in Australia is seeking a Frontline Manager to lead our service operations across Mitsubishi, Kia and Chery and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You will manage Service Advisors, oversee the day-to-day service department, and ensure issues are resolved promptly from drop-off to collection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Manager in a Dealership.
• Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the phone.
• Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
• Accuracy and a high attention to detail
• Current manual driver's licence

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Service Advisors and Frontline team
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the service department
• Ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection
• Managing customer enquiries, concerns and complaints and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
• Monitoring workshop workflow and ensuring technicians are appropriately briefed on customer concerns
• Working closely with the Workshop Controller, Technicians and Service Management team to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Ensuring service and warranty processes are followed correctly
• Monitoring customer satisfaction, retention and key service department performance indicators
• Coaching, mentoring and developing your team to achieve their goals
• Maintaining high standards of communication, presentation and customer service
• Building strong relationships with customers and creating long-term loyalty to our brands
