Responsibilities

• Greeting customers – focusing on customer experience from first interaction.
• Actively listening & actioning the needs of your customers
• Scheduling appointments
• Providing outstanding communication throughout repair processes
• Ordering parts
• Providing comprehensive & accurately detailed information to the workshop
• Effectively communicating repair/service information to your customer
• Maintaining exceptional organisation/follow up for work in progress
• Meeting monthly KPI’s as specified by dealership & vehicle manufacturers
