Job summary

Auto Corner in Mackay is seeking a Mazda Sales Consultant to promote the dealership's vehicle range to new and existing customers. You will maximise sales opportunities from showroom, telephone, online enquiries and referrals while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will maintain product knowledge, manage an order bank with timely updates, liaise with admin and stock control, and work to a 4.5-day week with a generous commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or automotive industry is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient with basic office tools and email.

In your position, your day will consist of:

• Promoting the Dealerships range of vehicles to potential new vehicle customers.
• Maximise sales opportunities from showroom, telephone, online enquiry & referrals.
• Managing an order bank while keeping quality contact and status updates to waiting guests.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of theMazda product.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with dedicated administrative support & stock control staff.
• Ability to profile a customer's needs and requirements, have OUTSTANDING customer service & communication skills.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A current & valid driver's licence.
• Have an eye for detail and the ability to follow process.
• Computer proficiency in basic office tools (Email, Excel, word etc.)
• Professional, well presented and punctual.
• Sales experience and/or automotive industry would be advantageous, but not essential to this role. The successful applicant will be expected to obtain their licence in motor sales (on the job training).
