Job Capital is recruiting a Field Service Supervisor for a Perth-based role in Western Australia. The role collaborates with the Service Manager to oversee technicians, manage field operations, ensure quality across sites, and assist with technical issues, training and client relationships.

The candidate will oversee breakdown/repair work, coordinate maintenance activities and contribute to process improvements while mentoring apprentices.

Qualificações

• Strong technical background in HVAC.
• Proven ability to oversee breakdowns and repairs.
• Ability to scope/prepare quotations and manage minor installations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee breakdown and repair work carried out by technicians.
• Scope and prepare quotations for major breakdowns and service installation work.
• Project manage minor installation work when required.
• Carry out checks of technicians’ work via Uptick platform.
• Provide guidance to technicians and apprentices on work processes.
• Deliver Uptick training and help develop training material for future automation.
• Meet with clients for progress meetings.
• Control and report on planned preventative maintenance sites.
• Oversee quality control across sites.
• Lead in the field and assist with technical issues.
• Liaise with client personnel to improve relationships.
• Mentor apprentices.
• Continue developing operating processes.
• Carry out service work during heavy workloads.
