Komatsu Australia is seeking expressions of interest for experienced Maintenance Supervisors, Leading Hands and senior tradespeople in Central Queensland. You will lead a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring daily maintenance work is planned, resourced and completed safely and to high standards.

You will be responsible for creating an environment where your crew can perform at their best, while maintaining close collaboration with the customer and site management.

Competenze

• Trade qualifications with supervisory experience or the capability to step into a site supervisory role.
• Experience with heavy equipment and maintenance in large-scale operations.
• Strong focus on safety, process discipline and field leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead, support and provide day-to-day direction to a team of skilled technicians.
• Coordinate and allocate daily maintenance activities.
• Make sure technicians have the right job packs, technical information and resources before work starts.
• Maintain strong safety standards, including risk assessments, audits and site compliance.
• Work closely with the customer, providing updates, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Review shift logs, service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Support planning and preparation of maintenance activities.
• Supervise subcontractors where required.
• Ensure completed work meets the required technical and quality standards.
• Identify risks, opportunities and improvements that can strengthen equipment and maintenance performance.
