Job summary

Komatsu on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead a team of Service Technicians and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. The role focuses on balancing people leadership with operational excellence, daily workflow coordination, and strong stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous team development.

Responsibilities include welfare of the team, warranty monitoring, and adherence to Komatsu policies and HSE

Qualifications

Experience leading a service team in a field service environment.
Ability to balance people leadership with operational performance.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality in service delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Service Technicians, setting clear expectations and a positive team environment.
Coordinate daily workflows, labour planning and job allocations to maximise utilisation and meet customer commitments.
Be accountable for service quality, safety performance, WIP, timesheets and job completion.
Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders and technical support to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Monitor warranty work, field campaigns and compliance with policies, procedures and HSE standards.
Coach, develop and upskill the team to close performance gaps and build future capability.
