Job summary

Techforce Personnel in Brisbane is seeking a structured Scheduling Coordinator to support technicians, apprentices, customers and suppliers in our HVAC, refrigeration and electrical service teams. You will manage daily schedules, allocate labour and coordinate materials for upcoming jobs.

This full-time role offers work-from-home flexibility when needed, ongoing training and development, and a varied workload across scheduling, projects and procurement.

Qualifications

Experience in scheduling for field teams in HVAC, refrigeration or electrical services.
Trade administration experience is desirable.
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Confident communication with technicians, customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily schedules for technicians and apprentices.
Communicate job requirements to the field team.
Coordinate appointment times with customers.
Review site plans to identify equipment needs.
Coordinate materials and equipment for upcoming projects.
Obtain and review supplier quotations and stock levels.
Prepare quotations from service reports.
Monitor warehouse consumables and stock levels.
Build strong relationships with suppliers.
