Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a highly organised Service Scheduler to support our field service operation in Australia. You will coordinate technician schedules and subcontractors, allocate jobs, manage parts stock, and liaise with customers and technicians to keep service delivery running smoothly.

In this fast-paced role you will prioritise urgent and safety-critical work orders, assist Field Managers with admin tasks and reporting, and ensure accurate updates in our service management system.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service technicians and subcontractors across daily service activities.
• Manage customer communication including ETA updates, attendance notifications and scheduling changes.
• Prioritise urgent, safety-related and customer-critical work orders.
• Support Field Managers with administrative coordination and reporting activities.
• Monitor work order progress and maintain accurate updates within service management systems.
