Job summary

Dormakaba Australia is seeking a highly organised Service Scheduler to coordinate field operations and keep service delivery on track. You will manage technician and subcontractor scheduling, order parts, and serve as the main point of contact for customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to prioritise multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service technicians and subcontractors across daily service activities.
• Manage customer communication including ETA updates, attendance notifications and scheduling changes.
• Prioritise urgent, safety-related and customer-critical work orders.
• Support Field Managers with administrative coordination and reporting activities.
• Monitor work order progress and maintain accurate updates within service management systems.
