Qualifications

• Previous experience in a scheduling role.
• Experience in a service, maintenance or operational environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians – team of 20 technicians.
• Manage job planning, scheduling and daily workflows.
• Process job documentation, reports and timesheets.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate materials or equipment.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Office.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and internal teams.
