Job summary

ACOS Personnel is seeking a Service Administrator for a 3-month temporary contract at Sydney Olympic Park. The role focuses on coordinating service and repair units from enquiry to completion, with strong emphasis on timely customer updates and high service levels.

The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities, interact with customers, service centres, suppliers and internal teams, and provide admin support to Operations. On‑site in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in administration, customer service or service coordination.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service and repair units from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Act as the key contact for customers via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Plan and coordinate turnover of service and repair units.
• Liaise with Service Centres, internal personnel and factories on requirements.
• Manage documentation, SAP processes, orders, invoices and payments.
