Job summary

AustCorp Executive NSW is seeking a Service & Rental Coordinator to support NSW service and rental operations across NSW. You will coordinate incoming service jobs, raise quotes and work orders, and communicate updates to customers. This role suits someone organized with strong communication and ERP experience, particularly iScala.

Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm; Friday 7:00am–1:00pm (early finish). Weekends off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service admin / customer support
• Experience in industrial, hire, pumps or engineering industries beneficial
• Strong communication & stakeholder skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office & ERP systems (iScala ideal but not essential)
• Current driver's licence

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming service jobs & customer enquiries
• Enter jobs, raise quotes & work orders in iScala
• Communicate job progress and updates to customers
• Support workshop & field service scheduling
• Process rental contracts, fleet dispatch & returns
• Maintain fleet readiness & asset status records
• Assist with invoicing, reporting & admin support
