Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Service Support team in Eastern Creek, NSW. The role focuses on coordinating field service activities across Australia and supporting the Spare Parts department.

The successful candidate will bring 2–4 years of administrative experience, strong communication, and ERP system familiarity to drive smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• TAFE diploma is highly regarded but not essential.
• 2–4 years of administration experience, preferably in a technical environment.
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• ERP systems familiarity is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support to Spare Parts: Provide operational and administrative support to the Spare Parts department as required.
• Answer customer calls promptly and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage service orders and coordinate Service Technician staff using the ERP system.
• Process and distribute service reports and invoices.
• Prepare and distribute service agreements, including renewals.
• Assist with quotations for service contracts, spares, and consumables; maintain quotation log.
• Coordinate work by sub-contractors, raise purchase orders and process invoices.
• Assist the Service Support Manager and team with day-to-day activities.
