The role requires a proven automotive leadership track record, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive management with a track record of target achievement.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and a professional, customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Service Department team to maintain high performance.
• Monitor workshop efficiency, productivity and KPIs to drive outcomes.
• Oversee service and repair operations with focus on quality and workflow.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and act as escalation point for concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and profitability.
