You’ll use your leadership and hands-on automotive knowledge to grow sales, manage profitability, and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Store/workshop management experience
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive Technology
• Valid driver’s licence and state repair certification
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer service
• Drive sales performance, deliver on profitability targets
• Plan and allocate work to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Mentor, coach, and develop technicians, apprentices, and support staff
