Job summary

Nepali lai kaam is seeking an organised Service Manager in NSW to oversee day-to-day disability support services and lead the team in delivering quality, person-centred outcomes. You will supervise staff, coordinate rostering, and maintain strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.

The role requires experience in disability services, a solid understanding of NDIS, and aptitude for leadership and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
