Job summary

All Diesel Equipment in Coffs Harbour is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department and ensure efficient workshop operations. You will drive performance, coordinate field service, and uphold high customer service standards.

You will also supervise mechanics and service advisors, manage invoicing and warranty processing, and work with the team to deliver timely repairs and quotes. A trade qualification and strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications or mechanical knowledge essential.
• Experience managing a workshop team.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Trade Qualifications or mechanical knowledge is essential.
• Ability to manage and co-ordinate a team of mechanics and service advisors
• Have sound computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and ability to learn the department operating systems.
• Have a positive approach with a high level of customer service in mind.
• Work well in a positive team environment
