dormakaba, Hallam office-based team in Melbourne, is seeking proactive Service Schedulers to coordinate technician schedules, manage customer communications, and support service operations. This full-time role involves collaborating with customers, technicians and Field Managers to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates will have experience in administration or scheduling, strong communication skills, and proficiency with service software such as ServiceMax.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environment.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software (e.g., ServiceMax).
• Excellent communication and customer etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-interaction team environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently to meet customer and business needs.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, ETAs, and service requirements.
• Prioritise urgent, safety-related, and non-compliant service jobs.
• Coordinate daily technician activities and follow up on job progress.
• Manage rescheduling and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
• Support after-hours and on-call service coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Service, Sales, and Support.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting as required.
