Catholic Education Services, Cairns is seeking an Information Technology Technical Support Officer (Service Desk) to provide front-line IT assistance in our head office and on school sites. You will handle daily service desk tasks and support a range of office technologies.

You will join a professional IT team, with mentoring and opportunities to work across multiple sites in the region. The role requires travel and strong customer service in a busy educational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting Information Technology systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to school sites

• Check office systems, meeting rooms, AV, printers, and collaboration tech
• Travel to Cairns and Northern Beaches school sites as required
