Qualifications

• Experience in IT administration, technical support or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a diverse team.
• Proactive approach to IT security, confidentiality and data management.
• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance to staff.
• Maintain computers, laptops, printers, software and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and onboarding/offboarding IT requirements.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and other business systems.
• Monitor IT security, data protection, backups and system access.
• Maintain IT documentation, licenses and equipment registers.
• Assist with implementing new systems, software and technology improvements.
• Liaise with external IT providers and vendors when required.
• Support staff with technology training and system usage.
