Job summary

Southern Cross Protection is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead our guarding and loss prevention team across Western Australia. You will collaborate with our client base, visit sites, prepare budgets, and drive performance and training to ensure the highest security standards.

This role requires a current WA security licence, proven security management experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will manage client relationships, monitor budgets and service quality, and develop security

• Experience in a client facing role (desirable).

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in the security industry to lead our established and growing guarding and loss prevention team in Western Australia.

The role

In this role you will be collaborating with our established client base across Western Australia, ensuring they are provided with the best security services possible. Your key responsibilities are to visit client sites, prepare portfolio budgets, and manage the performance and ensure the appropriate training of your guarding and loss prevention team.

This is the perfect opportunity to take the lead of a wide range of security operations, manage client relationships, manage operational cost and use your knowledge and experience to improve service delivery across Western Australia.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Performance

• Lead, coach and develop guarding and loss prevention teams
• Conduct site audits, assessments and relevant training

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Attend client, and end of month supplier meetings
• Ensure services meet our obligations under service agreements
• Prepare monthly reports for key clients where required

Operational Management

• Prepare and manage portfolio budgets
• Monitor service quality and operational performance
• Maintain compliance with relevant procedures, legislation, and client requirements

• Current WA security licence
