MSS Security is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple high-profile client sites in the Huntingwood region. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of around 80 security personnel, focusing on operational performance and client service delivery.

Responsibilities include incident response, site audits, risk assessments, and developing security staff. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a solid security background.

Qualifications

• Experience as Security Manager or Security Supervisor with proven leadership.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Australian citizenship is required (as stated in the job ad).
• Current Australian security licence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 80 security officers
• Oversee security operations across multiple sites
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Security Manager, Security Supervisor or similar with proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Must be and Australia Citizen
• Current Australian security licence
• Security clearance desirable, but not essential (must be able to obtain)
