Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Western Australia team, supporting the delivery of security services across multiple client sites. This role reports to the Operations Team and requires a highly organized professional who can manage relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Team, the Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of security services across multiple client sites throughout Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and site stakeholders
• Assisting with rostering, workforce planning, and operational coverage
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities

• Providing administrative and operational support to the leadership team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a security operations, service delivery, or coordination
• Experience with rostering and workforce management systems
• Strong administration and organisational abilities
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
