Job summary

CAPS Australia is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate services for customers, working with service technicians, customers and stakeholders to develop and implement service plans and monitor progress.

The role focuses on efficient scheduling, site entry coordination, data maintenance, invoicing alignment with guidelines, and reporting on service utilization and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance, installations, and emergency repairs.
• Optimise scheduling to ensure efficient use of service technician time and resources.
• Facilitate all site entry and mobilisation requirements
• Monitor service technician availability and adjust schedules for urgent requests and changes.
• Assess customer service needs and recommend tailored service plans.
• Ensure costs are applied to service work orders promptly.
• Generate invoices post-service following company guidelines.
• Maintain and update relevant databases and records of customer interactions and service delivery.
• Prepare reports on service utilisation, outcomes and effectiveness.
• Assist in developing and improving service coordination processes and procedures.
