Job summary

Your Role as our Service Delivery Coordinator

In this role you will be responsible for the efficient operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of WMQ’s ITSM application, ensuring seamless service delivery and support for the organisation using a customer first approach. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimise processes, implement best practices, and enhance the overall performance.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Configuring, maintain, and optimise the Service Management Application to meet business needs.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure availability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Providing timely user support and resolve application issues.
• Delivering training to improve user capability and system adoption.
• Integrating the application with other systems and customise functionality as required.
• Continuously improving processes, driving automation and aligning with ITIL best practices.
• Maintaining clear documentation and produce reports to support decision-making.
• Ensuring system security, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.

• Ability to perform with insight, business acumen, and functional knowledge in the areas of the portfolio.
• Experience managing service delivery in a complex environment.
• Skills in managing difficult stakeholder and supplier relationships and resolving problems while preserving those relationships.

A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator, ITSM Administrator or similar.
• Relevant Degree qualifications and ITIL Certification.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
